Το δικαίωμα αυτό καλύπτει και την κατάρτιση προφίλ που στηρίζεται σε τέτοια έννομα συμφέροντα. Εφόσον τεκμηριώσουμε επιτακτικούς και νόμιμους λόγους για την επεξεργασία, ενδέχεται να τη συνεχίσουμε, εκτός εάν αποδείξετε ότι τα δικαιώματα, οι ελευθερίες ή τα συμφέροντά σας υπερισχύουν, ή ότι η επεξεργασία απαιτείται για την άσκηση, θεμελίωση ή υπεράσπιση νομικών αξιώσεων. Depending on the nature and number of requests, this period may be extended by up to two further months if necessary. 13.11 Where permitted under Article 13 of the law, the information you request under your rights pursuant to Article 13 will be provided free of charge. If a request is unfounded or excessive, particularly where it is repetitive, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of providing the information or communicating the requested action.
